Terms of Use
Plain-English ground rules for using Orbit. Read these carefully — on-chain transactions are irreversible.
Last updated · May 18, 2026
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orbit platform at orbitaldeployer.com (the "Service"), operated by Orbit Deployer ("Orbit", "we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in, or using any feature of the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Orbit is
Orbit is a non-custodial, browser-first interface for launching and trading tokens on the Solana mainnet. It signs transactions locally in your browser using wallets you generate or import. It does not hold your funds, custody your private keys in plaintext, or act as a broker, dealer, or money services business.
Orbit is a tool. You are the only person who can authorize the transactions it sends.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must not be located in, or be a citizen of, a country subject to U.S. sanctions or other comprehensive trade embargoes (currently including, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea / Donetsk / Luhansk regions). You must not be on the U.S. Treasury OFAC SDN list.
- You confirm that using the Service is legal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws including securities, tax, and AML rules.
3. Accounts and authentication
- Authentication is via Discord-issued one-time keys or invite codes issued by us. Your session JWT is valid for 30 days from issue.
- Anyone with your Discord key or invite code can access your account. Keep them private. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your session.
- We may revoke access at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, abuse, network attack, or violation of these Terms.
4. Wallets and funds
- Non-custodial. Orbit generates wallets in your browser. The private keys are encrypted under a key derived from your Discord identity and stored locally. The encrypted backup is uploaded to our database so you can sign in from another device; we cannot decrypt it.
- Loss of access = loss of funds. If you lose access to the Discord account or invite code used to sign in, and you have not exported your wallet backup from
Settings → Data, you may permanently lose access to the funds in those wallets. We cannot recover them for you. - You sign every transaction. Every deploy, buy, sell, transfer, or claim is signed by a wallet that lives in your browser. We do not have signing authority over your funds.
5. Fees
- Orbit is free to register and use.
- When you execute a sell through Orbit's trading panel, the Service skims a 5% fee of the sell's SOL output. This fee funds development and infrastructure. It is the same model used by Pump.fun, GMGN, and Axiom.
- You separately pay Solana network fees and any priority fees you configure. These go to Solana validators, not to Orbit.
- We may change the fee structure at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Pricing page or via Discord at least 7 days before they take effect.
6. Risks you accept
- Crypto is volatile. Memecoin prices can move 90%+ in seconds. You can lose your entire principal. Do not trade with more than you can afford to lose.
- Transactions are irreversible. Once a Solana transaction is confirmed, it cannot be undone. Double-check amounts before signing.
- Smart contract risk. The Pump.fun bonding curve, Raydium, and other on-chain venues Orbit interacts with are third-party smart contracts. Bugs or exploits in those contracts could cause losses.
- RPC + indexer risk. The public RPCs and data providers we rely on (publicnode, GeckoTerminal, DexScreener) may have outages or report inaccurate data. Always cross-check with Solana explorers before acting on a price.
- Front-running / MEV. Solana mainnet is a public mempool. Other actors may observe your transactions and trade against you. Orbit's anti-sniper features are best-effort, not guarantees.
- Memecoin token risk. Most newly-launched memecoins fail. Many are rug pulls. Researching tokens before trading them is your responsibility.
7. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to launder money or facilitate any other crime.
- Wash-trade, spoof, or manipulate the market in any way that violates applicable law. The volume-bot feature must not be used to deceive other market participants in jurisdictions where that is prohibited.
- Deploy tokens that infringe intellectual property, defame a person, or violate any law (securities, sanctions, hate-speech).
- Attack the Service: brute-force keys, scrape automated paths, probe for vulnerabilities, DDoS, or otherwise interfere with availability for other users.
- Reverse-engineer or copy the Service for the purpose of operating a competitor.
- Resell or sublicense your account access.
Violation of this section is grounds for immediate termination of your access.
8. Intellectual property
The Service itself — code, design, branding, copy — is © Orbit Deployer. The TradingView Advanced Charts library is the property of TradingView, Inc. and is used under license. Content you upload (token images, descriptions) remains yours; by uploading you grant us a license to host and display it as part of operating the Service.
9. No investment advice
Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Charts, holder lists, PnL panels, and automation suggestions are informational only. You are solely responsible for your trades.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our maximum aggregate liability to you under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees we collected from your activity in the 30 days preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Orbit Deployer, its officers, contractors, and providers against any third-party claim arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law, (c) content you upload, or (d) your on-chain activity, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice — including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless local mandatory law requires otherwise. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
14. Changes
We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be flagged with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
