Response times
We aim to acknowledge support emails within one business day. Security reports get a same-day acknowledgement; the fix or mitigation timeline depends on severity.

Bug reports
The fastest path is the community Discord. Reproducible bugs should include: the wallet address (only the first 6 characters), the mint address (if any), the timeframe, and a screenshot of the cockpit. We will never ask you for a private key or seed phrase. Anyone who does is impersonating us — report them.
